I have 1 year of experience working in a travel company.

My job is to help Vietnamese customers apply for visas to enter foreign countries.
My main task is to prepare and document clients; Support customers to submit documents to the Embassy, prepare air tickets and make travel schedules for customers.
My job does not require high qualifications, but only requires a bit of effort to learn about visa procedures and requirements of countries around the world. However, because the work is simple and repetitive, it can be boring.
