Research and prepare a report to evaluate the tourism market: - Update and learn about the tourism market for resort, entertainment & Golf in Vietnam and the world, current trends and those that will form in the future. - Based on the orientation - development plan of the group to research and prepare a report to propose a potential product and service business market model. Research - develop business operations, products - services: - Research - evaluate the operations of hotels under management to negotiate commercial and operational policies with Management partners. - Research - propose new types of products and services that are feasible to deploy and apply to the operations of hotel / entertainment / Golf chains. Search for consulting - operating partners and prepare a report to evaluate the level of suitability: - Search - connect with consulting, Management - Operating units to introduce the project. - Depending on the nature of the project, coordinate research - propose appropriate operating brands. - Work with professional departments - planning partners to implement business model division and service types corresponding to the zoning area. - Prepare revenue and cost estimates for the project.
